With Kitacon Wonderland under two weeks away we're in last minute prep mode so we wanted to make sure we push as much information to you as possible. This post will cover some further details on Accommodation, Parking, Scheduling and other bits.

So lets get started!

Accommodation!

Warwick Conferences are the ones handling your accommodation this year and we've been informed that you should have all the information you need to collect your keys for the weekend. On the day you booked your accommodation you should have received two emails. One would of been a receipt of payment and the second would of been an email with further details of your booking and some information packets in the form of attachments. Parking!

For a number of months we've put parking details within your Kitacon website account underneath our accommodation booking link. This can be a little hidden so to make you aware of the details we'll find them below;

Warwick University has introduced Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) at all car parks on and around campus, including those for Radcliffe and Scarman accommodation — this means you will now need to pre-register any vehicle you are planning to bring to the event.

Parking for Kitacon attendees is complimentary, provided you follow the below instructions:

1. Click here to register your details with Warwick Conferences, ensuring the date and time of entry and exit are correct.
2. Add the promotional code VOKGJ to your booking to reduce the price to £0.00.
3. Click "Book Now" to confirm your parking registration. You will receive your booking details via email, and can modify your booking at a later date by using the link in that email.

Schedule!

Our Schedule (https://www.kitacon.org/schedule#full-schedule) is mostly complete with only a few tweaks remaining. If you are logged into the website on your mobile device you can favourite any panels or events you want too to create your own little personalised schedule. We will be updating this schedule over the Kitacon Weekend should we need to make any time or room changes. So make sure to keep an eye on it over the weekend for the most up-to-date information.
