DVDs, manga, clothing, plushies and edible provisions, every one of these items a treasure for the right adventurer. Luckily, you don’t have to go into crumbling ruins to find them as these are the sort of items that will be available in the Kitacon Returns Dealers’ Hall. Aiming to give our attendees a broad range of merchandise to spend your cash on, we’re hoping that there is something for everyone!
From figurines and t-shirts, through to candy, jewellery and plushies, the Dealers’ Hall is a great place to come and offload some of the currency weighing down your wallet. We’re also hand-picking a fine selection of artists for our Artists’ Alley, where you can pick up some hand-made goodies with a unique twist.

Our Dealer’s Hall applications have now closed and all successful applicants have been contacted!
However, for posterity and transparency, we’re leaving the following info up! Pricing is as follows:
1 x Dealers Table = £120 inc VAT. First table comes with two passes. Subsequent tables include an extra pass each.
1 x Artist Table = £75 inc VAT. Comes with one pass.
For each additional table, you will receive one additional pass.
If you require additional passes without purchasing additional tables, they are available at £35 inc VAT each, however you will also need to discuss this directly with our Dealer Liaison after submitting your form via firstname.lastname@example.org or in the “other requirements” section of the form if you know you’ll need extra passes in advance!
Please note that once you receive your invoice, you will have 30 days to pay. If an invoice has not been paid after those 30 days, your tables could be forfeited and offered to other dealers. Submission of an application form does not guarantee a position in the Kitacon Returns Dealers’ Hall. All applications are pending approval from our Dealer Liaison!
